Evidence of Damage or Defect

Customers are required to provide evidence of the damage or defect. This includes a detailed video showing the opening of the package and the setup of the product for the first time. The video should include the power supply used, the connection process, and any issues encountered. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
